Sensorless Control of SPMSM Based on High Frequency Current Signal Injection in the Direct Axis at Low and Zero Speed

摘要 针对转子磁钢表贴式永磁同步电动机(SPMSM),提出了一种基于脉振高频电流注入的低速无位置传感器控制的新方法。其原理是在估计的同步旋转坐标系直轴上注入高频正弦电流,通过检测交轴电流环PI调节器的输出电压量,获得含有转子位置估计误差的信号,对此进行适当的信号处理得到估计转子位置角,从而实现无位置传感器控制。对该方法进行了理论分析、仿真与实验验证,结果表明该方法在低速和零速下均能准确地检测电动机转子的位置和速度,相较于脉振高频电压信号注入法,所提出的方法结构更简单,且稳定性更高。 A novel sensorless control method of SPMSM based on high frequency (HF) current signal injection is proposed in this paper. A HF sinusoidal current signal is superimposed into the estimated d-axis, and the rotor position can be demodulated after q-axis voltage is regulated, which is relative to error angle. Ultimately sensorless control can be achieved. Theoretical analysis, simulation and experiment validation are carried out. The results indicate that the rotor position and speed can be obtained exactly at low and zero speed. The approach ensures good dynamic and static performance. Compared to the pulsating high frequency voltage signal injection method, the proposed method in this paper is simpler in structure and more stable.
