摘要
甘肃省药品安全形势的区域差异对全省药品安全监管影响较大,本文以甘肃省药品安全形势为研究对象,分析了产生区域差异的原因及其影响,并提出了关于解决对策的思考。研究发现,甘肃省药品安全形势在不同地区之间存在较大的差异,主要表现在药品安全事件发生频率、高风险药品监管以及公众关注度等方面,原因主要与地理位置、经济发展水平、人口密度、药品市场环境等因素有关。建议通过加强药品安全监管力度、增强企业自律意识、加强社会监督与公众参与、建立完善的药品安全信息平台、加强区域合作与交流等措施,降低区域差异对药品安全形势产生的影响,以期为后续药品安全监管工作的开展提供参考。
Regional differences of drug safety in Gansu Province have a great impact on the overall effectiveness of provincial drug regulation.This paper analyzes the current drug safety situation in Gansu Province,exploring the causes and impacts of regional differences,and puts forward countermeasures.The results indicate substantial regional differences,particularly in the frequency of drug safety incidents,supervision of high-risk drugs,and levels of public concern.These differences are mainly largely influenced by factors such as geographical location,economic development,population density,and the local drug market environment.In order to mitigate these differences,the study recommends strengthening regulatory oversight,enhancing corporate self-discipline,promoting public participation and social supervision,developing a comprehensive drug safety information platform,and encouraging inter-regional cooperation and exchange.These strategies aim to reduce the negative impact of regional differences and serve as a reference for future regulatory work.
