摘要
为解决农民异地搬迁缺少数据共享机制、返贫预警机制及缺少成效可视化展现方式等问题,采用GIS、大数据、云计算等技术,按照数字赋能、多跨协同、开放共享等技术,设计了农民异地搬迁数字化管理平台,提供数据综合管理、线上业务办理、数据综合展示等功能,实现了农民异地搬迁全生命周期的数字化管理,为山区城市异地搬迁管理工作提供了数字化支撑。研究成果在丽水市9县(市、区)进行了应用,有效保证了全市“大搬快聚富民安居”工作的高效运行,具有较高的推广应用价值。
In order to solve the problems of lack of data sharing mechanism,lack of poverty warning mechanism,and lack of visual display of results in farmers’relocation,GIS,big data,cloud computing and other technologies were adopted.According to digital empowerment,multi-cross collaboration,open sharing and other technologies,a digital management platform for farmers’relocation was designed,providing functions such as comprehensive data management,online business processing,and comprehensive data display,realizing the digital management of the entire life cycle of farmers’relocation,and providing digital support for the management of relocation in mountainous cities.The research results have been applied in 9 counties(cities,districts)of Lishui city,effectively ensuring the efficient operation of the city’s“relocate entirely,gather quickly,enrich people,settle peacefully”work,and have good promotion and application value.
