摘要
构建新时代人文经济学体系,对中国经济发展实践起到了全新的价值指向,也为城市数字文化产业提供了新的发展指引。在人文经济视域下,城市数字文化产业高质量发展,要坚持以人文价值为核心,以经济价值为反哺,实现从“文化+”到“数字文化+”的发展模式转变,凸显人文经济的“文化性”“经济性”“融合性”。在城市数字文化产业发展过程中,要避免文化与科技融合不畅、科技嵌入模式单一以及政策引导不够等问题。在人文经济实践中,应该通过深化改革以优化发展环境、文化先行以推动文化品牌建设、产业为主以促进创新发展、科技赋能构建生态体系等实践途径,促进城市数字文化产业高质量发展。
The construction of a humanistic economic system in the new era provides a novel value orientation for China’s economic development and new guidance for the advancement of the urban digital cultural industry.From the perspective of humanistic economy,the high-quality development of this industry should center on humanistic values,supported by the feedback of economic value,and realize a transformation from the“culture+”to the“digital culture+”development model.This transformation highlights the cultural,economic,and integrative dimensions of humanistic economy.In the course of development,it is essential to address such challenges as insufficient integration between culture and technology,limited technological embedding models,and inadequate policy support.To advance the high-quality development of urban digital cultural industries,humanistic economic practice should prioritize reform to optimize the development environment,lead with culture to enhance brand construction,promote innovation-driven growth through industrial development,and harness technology to construct a sustainable ecosystem.
