摘要
为了研究疆纳集团兴盛露天煤矿二采区1煤层应用轮斗连续采煤工艺的适用性情况,阐述了目前国内外轮斗连续工艺的应用现状,并基于现有的轮斗连续工艺,研究提出构建轮斗连续采煤工艺适用性评价模型,根据以上分析,将煤层赋存、开采参数、外部环境3个一级指标作为研究重点,提出15个影响因素作为二级评价指标,采用层次分析法逐层次逐级确定权重,最终,构建出适用于露天矿采煤的轮斗连续工艺适用性评价模型。以兴盛露天矿二采区1煤层为例,代入相关指标参数,结果表明:兴盛露天煤矿二采区1煤层,应用轮斗连续采煤工艺评价得分为Z=9.022,适用程度为“适宜”。
To study the applicability of the bucket wheel continuous mining technology in the No.1 coal seam of the second mining area at Xingsheng open-pit coal mine of Jiangna group,outlines the current applications of bucket wheel continuous mining technology both domestically and internationally.Based on existing research,a suitability evaluation model for bucket wheel continuous mining technology is proposed.Through the analysis,three primary indicators-coal seam occurrence,mining parameters,and external environment-were identified as the focus areas,with 15 influencing factors designated as secondary evaluation indicators.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),weights were assigned at each level to ultimately construct a suitability evaluation model tailored for open-pit coal mining with bucket wheel technology.Taking the No.1 coal seam in the second mining area of Xingsheng open-pit mine as an example,relevant parameters were input into the model,yielding a suitability score of Z=9.022,indicating an applicability level of"suitable".
