摘要
介绍了目前露天连续采煤机用破碎机存在的不足。针对目前存在的问题,结合实际使用工况,设计了拱形集成式破碎机。该设计将减速器、电机及护罩等零部件设计为一体式且采用拱形结构,大幅提高设备空间利用率,降低安装位置的加工制造难度,便于破碎机的装配、拆卸与维修;同时拱形支撑的高度设计为可调式,可适应不同厚度运煤量的破碎,大幅提高了生产效率。最后通过对破碎机支撑进行静力学及模态分析,证明了所设计的支撑完全满足其强度、刚度的性能要求。
Introduced the shortcomings of crusher currently used in open-pit continuous miner.In response to the current problems and based on actual operating conditions,an arched integrated crusher has been designed.This design integrates components such as the reducer,motor,and shield into a single unit and adopts an arched structure,greatly improving the utilization of equipment space,reducing the difficulty of processing and manufacturing installation positions,and facilitating the assembly,disassembly and maintenance of the crusher.At the same time,the height of the arched support is designed to be adjustable,which can adapt to the crushing of coal with different thicknesses,greatly improving production efficiency.Finally,through static and modal analysis of the crusher support,it was proven that the designed support fully meets its strength and stiffness performance requirements.
