摘要
风药是指一类气味辛薄、药性升浮、具有发散上升作用的药物,糖尿病肾脏病是由糖尿病引起的慢性肾脏疾病,笔者认为其发病、症状、病机均与风相关,治疗时配伍使用风药能够起到更好的疗效,提出了在本病中使用风药的五宜(郁热、水湿内停、瘀血阻络、气郁肝虚、脾肾阳虚)和四忌(热极生风、阴虚风动、血热妄行、胃热阴虚呕吐),并强调在详辨病机的基础上,判别宜忌,灵活配伍,注意味数和用量。
Wind-medicine refers to a class of drugs with weak odor,rising drug properties and diverging and rising effects.Diabetic kidney disease is a chronic kidney disease caused by diabetes.The author believes that its onset,symptoms and pathogenesis are related to wind,the combination of wind medicine in treatment can play a better curative effect.The author put forward five suggestions(stagnation of heat,internal stopping of water dampness,stasis of blood,deficiency of Qi and liver,deficiency of spleen and kidney,Yang deficiency)and four disadvantages(extreme heat producing wind,Yin deficiency wind movement,blood heat jumping,stomach heat Yin deficiency vomiting),and emphasized that on the basis of detailed differentiation of the pathogenesis,it is necessary to distinguish appropriate and constrict,pay attention to the taste and amount.
