摘要
慢性肺源性心脏病是呼吸系统常见疾病,其病因病机复杂,病程缠绵。国医大师洪广祥教授认为慢性肺源性心脏病的基本病机为本虚标实,以阳气虚衰为本,痰、瘀、水为标,且彼此常相互影响,形成虚实夹杂、因虚致实之证候。文章从“辨病机,察虚实之本质”“论治法,述温通之优势”两方面叙述洪广祥教授在治疗肺源性心脏病时重在温通并用、补虚泻实、标本兼顾。
Chronic pulmonary heart disease is a common disease of the respiratory system with a complex etiology and a protracted course.TCM master HONG Guangxiang believes that the basic pathogenesis of chronic pulmonary heart disease is deficiency at the root and real at the symptoms,with yang qi deficiency as the root and phlegm,stasis and water as the symptoms,and they often interact with each other to form the symptoms of mixed deficiency and real,which are caused by deficiency.The article describes professor HONG Guangxiang's treatment of pulmonary heart disease in terms of identifying the disease mechanism,examining the essence of deficiency and reality'and'discussing the treatment method,describing the advantages of warmth and pass-through',emphasizing on the use of warming and passing-through,tonifying deficiency and purging excess,and taking both the symptoms and the root cause into consideration.
