摘要
新一轮汽车革命已呈现愈演愈烈之势,发展新能源汽车产业逐渐被越来越多的国家提高到国家层面战略需求。纯电动汽车产量在新能源汽车中占比较大,其产业的发展程度标志着新能源汽车的发展阶段。通过研究,得出吉林省纯电动汽车产业成熟度评价结论,从而为吉林省纯电动汽车产业的健康发展提供科学决策支撑,也为其他领域产业评价提供新思路。将产业成熟度评价方法应用在纯电动汽车产业领域,从多技术、多产品、多市场、多政策等角度构建了纯电动汽车产业成熟度评价体系,根据成熟度等级及其评价标准,基于模糊数学方法和层次分析法建立吉林省纯电动汽车产业成熟度评价模型。吉林省纯电动汽车产业处于较成熟水平,而技术、制造、质量与产业发展同步,均处于成熟水平,市场、政策和保险处于较为成熟水平。
A new round of automobile revolution has become increasingly fierce,and the development of new energy automobile industry has been gradually raised to the national level by more and more countries.The output of pure electric vehicles accounts for a large proportion of new energy vehicles,and the development degree of its industry marks the development stage of new energy vehicles.Through research,the evaluation conclusion of the maturity of pure electric vehicle industry in Jjilin Province is obtained,which provides scientific decision support for the healthy development of pure electric vehicle industry in jilin Province,and also provides new ideas for industrial evaluation in other fields.The industrial maturity evaluation method is applied to the field of pure electric vehicle industry.The maturity evaluation system of pure electric vehicle industry is constructed from the perspectives of multi-technology,multi-product,multi-market and multi-policy.According to the maturity level and its evaluation criteria,the maturity evaluation model of pure electric vehicle industry in jilin Province is established based on fuzzy mathematics method and analytic hierarchy process.The pure electric vehicle industry in jilin Province is at a relatively mature level,while the technology,manufacturing,quality and industrial development are synchronized,all at a mature level,and the market,policy and insurance are at a relatively mature level.
