不同抗菌肽对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清指标和营养物质表观代谢率的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Antimicrobial Peptides on Performance, Egg Quality,Serum Indices and Nutrient Apparent Metabolic Rate of Laying Hens

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同抗菌肽对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清指标和营养物质表观代谢率的影响。选取540只50周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮的基础上添加2 mg/kg大豆抗菌肽(SP)和女贞子抗菌肽(FP)的饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组产蛋率和平均蛋重极显著提高(P<0.01),料蛋比极显著降低(P<0.01)。2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组蛋壳厚度显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组血清尿酸含量极显著降低(P<0.01),血清钙和磷含量极显著提高(P<0.01),血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组血清甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组血清总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性极显著提高(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组血清总抗氧化能力极显著提高(P<0.01)。5)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组血清白细胞介素-4含量显著提高(P<0.05),血清白细胞介素-2和白细胞介素-10含量极显著提高(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组血清免疫球蛋白A含量显著提高(P<0.05)。6)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组血清孕酮和促黄体素含量显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。7)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组钙表观代谢率显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组粗灰分表观代谢率显著提高(P<0.05),钙和磷表观代谢率极显著提高(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲粮中添加SP和FP均可提高海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能,增强机体抗氧化能力和免疫功能,提高生殖激素水平和部分营养物质表观代谢率,且FP效果优于SP。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different antimicrobial peptides on performance,egg quality,serum indices and nutrient apparent metabolic rate of laying hens.A total of 540 fifty-week-old Hy-Line brown laying hens were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 30 hens in each replicate.Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwere fed the basal diets supplemented with 2 mg/kg soybean antimicrobial peptide(SP)and Fructus Ligustrum lucidum antimicrobial peptide(FP),respectively.The pre-experiment was 7 days and the formal experiment was 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the laying rate and average egg weight in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwere extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the feed to egg ratio was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).2)Compared with the control group,the eggshell thickness in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3)Compared with the control group,the serum uric acid content in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01),the serum contents of calcium and phosphorus were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the serum triglyceride content in experimental groupⅠwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the serum activities of total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwere extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the serum total antioxidant capacity in experimental groupⅡwas extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).5)Compared with the control group,the serum interleukin-4 content in experimental groupⅠwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum contents of interleukin-2 and interleukin-10 were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01);the serum immunoglobulin A content in experimental groupⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05).6)Compared with the control group,the serum contents of progesterone and luteinizing hormone in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwere significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).7)Compared with the control group,the calcium apparent metabolic rate in experimental groupⅠwas significantly increased(P<0.05);the crude ash apparent metabolic rate in experimentalⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the apparent metabolic rates of calcium and phosphorus were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).In conclusion,the dietary supplementation of both SP and FP can improve the performance of Hy-Line brown laying hens,enhance the antioxidant capacity and immune function,increase the levels of reproductive hormones and the apparent metabolic rates of some nutrients,and the effect of FP is better than that of SP.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(7):4519-4531]
