摘要
畅通农业国内大循环,对于保障国家粮食安全,促进农业高质量发展具有重要意义。本文基于城市尺度多区域投入产出表数据,采用价值链循环分解方法测度农业国内大循环水平,并运用排序Logit模型实证检验农业国内大循环对农业高质量发展的影响及作用路径。研究发现:在测度层面,当前中国农业国内大循环水平较高,且整体呈上升趋势:从农业国内大循环的内部结构看,农业区域间循环水平远高于产业间循环水平。在影响效应层面,农业国内大循环对推动农业高质量发展具有显著的正向影响,且产业间循环的作用显著强于区域间循环。东部地区的农业国内大循环对农业高质量发展的促进效应整体上高于中西部地区。在作用机制层面,农业国内大循环通过提高农业规模效率和促进一二三产业融合,推动农业高质量发展。鉴于此,本文提出畅通农业国内大循环、促进农业高质量发展的政策建议。
Smoothing the domestic circulation of agriculture,is of great significance for ensuring national food security and promoting high-quality agricultural development.This article is based on newly excavated urban scale multi regional input-output table data,using the value chain cycle decomposition method to measure the level of domestic agricultural circulation,and using the Order logit econometric model to empirically test the impact and path of domestic agricultural circulation on high-quality agricultural develop-ment.The research finds that at the measurement level,the current domestic large circulation level of agriculture in China is relative-ly high and shows an overall upward trend.From the perspective of the internal structure of the domestic large-scale agricultural cir-culation,the level of circulation among agricultural regions is much higher than that among industries.At the level of influence ef-fect,the domestic large circulation of agriculture has a significant positive impact on promoting high-quality agricultural develop-ment,and the effect of inter-industry circulation is significantly stronger than that of inter-regional circulation.The promoting effect of the domestic large agricultural circulation in the eastern region on the high-quality development of agriculture is generally higher than that in the central and western regions.At the level of the mechanism of action,the domestic large-scale agricultural circulation promotes high-quality agricultural development by enhancing the scale and efficiency of agriculture and facilitating the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.This article finally puts forward policy suggestions for unblocking the domestic large circulation of agriculture and promoting high-quality development of agriculture.
