摘要
本试验旨在对莆田市涵江区某规模化猪场猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)、猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)的血清抗体水平进行检测,评估疫苗的免疫效果,为猪场免疫程序的调整优化提供科学依据。试验随机选取同一日出生的哺乳仔猪,分别在3周龄、6周龄、8周龄、11周龄、12周龄、14周龄、15周龄、16周龄、18周龄和22周龄阶段采集血液样本20头份,随机选取后备母猪、经产母猪各20头,采集血液样本各20头份。通过ELISA方法检测猪瘟抗体、猪口蹄疫O/A抗体和猪伪狂犬gB、gE抗体(3、6周龄仔猪只检猪瘟抗体),评估疫苗免疫保护效果。结果显示:后备母猪和经产母猪猪瘟、口蹄疫O/A、伪狂犬gB四种抗体水平高,离散度低,阳性率达100%,伪狂犬gE抗体阴性率100%,免疫效果良好。商品猪猪瘟、口蹄疫O/A型、伪狂犬gB母源抗体水平高,猪瘟、伪狂犬在疫苗首免后均出现不同程度的母源抗体干扰现象,需进一步监测分析母源抗体消减规律,确定科学的首免日龄,对商品猪免疫程序进行调整优化,以提高免疫效果。
This experiment aims to detect the serum antibody levels of CSF,FMD,and PR in a large-scale pig farm in Hanjiang District,Putian City,evaluate the immune efficacy of vaccines,and provide a scientific basis for optimizing the farm's immunization program.Randomly selected suckling piglets born on the same day were used,with blood samples collected from 20 piglets at each of the following ages:3,6,8,11,12,14,15,16,18,and 22 weeks.Additionally,20 replacement gilts and 20 multiparous sows were randomly selected,with 20 blood samples collected from each group.Antibodies against classical swine fever(CSF),foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)O/A,and pseudorabies(PR)gB and gE were detected using ELISA(only CSF antibodies were tested at 3 and 6 weeks of age)to assess vaccine-induced protection.The results showed that replacement gilts and multiparous sows exhibited high antibody levels,low variability,and a 100%positive rate for CSF,FMD O/A,and PR gB antibodies,along with a 100%negative rate for PR gE antibodies,indicating excellent immune efficacy.Commercial pigs had high maternal antibody levels for CSF,FMD O/A,and PR gB.However,varying degrees of maternal antibody interference were observed after the first vaccination for CSF and PR,necessitating further monitoring and analysis of maternal antibody decay patterns to determine the optimal age for initial vaccination.Adjustments and optimizations to the immunization program for commercial pigs are recommended to enhance immune effectiveness.
