猪群感染PRRSV后病毒血症规律和血清中N蛋白抗体消减规律探究

摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)持续影响着猪场效益,为探究安阳禾丰农牧有限公司(以下简称本公司),体系内猪群感染不同PRRS毒株后病毒血症持续时间、N蛋白抗体消减规律及两者之间相关性,该探究选取3组感染不同PRRS毒株的猪群,监测PRRS核酸、N蛋白抗体。第1组流产猪,感染类NADC30流产后第7、14、21天采血监测;第2组170日龄后备猪,PRRS弱毒活苗(VR2332)驯化后第21、28、35、42天采血监测;第3组170日龄后备猪,感染PRRS类NADC30后第7、14、21天采血监测。结果显示,本公司体系内猪群感染PRRSV后21 d内病毒血症大概率消失;猪群感染PRRSV后PRRS N蛋白抗体先快速上升后快速下降,最后趋于平稳或缓慢下降;N蛋白抗体显著下降趋势时病毒血症大概率消失。 PRRS continues to affect the profitability of pig farms,to explore the duration of viremia and the reduction patterns of N-protein antibodies in pig herds infected with different PRRS strains within our company's system,as well as the correlation between the two,this study selected three groups of pig herds infected with different PRRS strains and monitored PRRS nucleic acid and N-protein antibodies.The first group consisted of aborting pigs,with blood samples taken on days 7,14,and 21 post-infection with NADC30-like strain;the second group consisted of 170-day-old gilts,with blood samples taken on days 21,28,35,and 42 post-vaccination with PRRS modified live vaccine(VR2332);the third group consisted of 170-day-old gilts,with blood samples taken on days 7,14,and 21 post-infection with NADC30-like PRRS.The results showed that in our company's system,viremia in pig herds infected with PRRSV is likely to disappear within 21 days;PRRS N-protein antibodies in pig herds infected with PRRSV first rise rapidly and then decline rapidly,eventually stabilizing or slowly decreasing;when there is a significant downward trend in N-protein antibodies,viremia is likely to disappear.
