摘要
新质生产力为推动公共图书馆高质量发展提供战略指引和系统性动能。从价值意蕴来看,是公共图书馆智慧化转型的内在要求、保障人民公共文化权益的现实需求、推动优秀传统文化传承的必然选择、推进城乡精神文明建设融合发展的必由之路。从逻辑机理来看,新质生产力以数据要素增强公共图书馆开放性;以先进技术赋能公共图书馆智慧性;以空间融通强化公共图书馆包容性;以资源协同提升公共图书馆共享性,切实赋能公共图书馆高质量发展。同时,应着眼于国家文化数字化发展战略,强化政府主导作用、形成技术集成效应、发挥新兴产业效能、培养复合专业人才、铸牢绿色共享理念。
New-quality productive forces provides strategic guidance and systematic momentum for promoting the high-quality development of public libraries.From the perspective of value implications,new-quality productive forces empowerment is an inherent requirement for the intelligent transformation of public libraries,a practical need to safeguard people’s public cultural rights and interests,an inevitable choice to promote the inheritance of excellent traditional culture,and a necessary path to promote the integrated development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction.New-quality productive forces enhance the openness of public libraries through data elements,strengthening the intelligence of public libraries with advanced technology,and enhancing the inclusiveness of public libraries through spatial integration to coordinate the sharing of public libraries through resources synergy.All above are the logical mechanism which can realize the effectively empower of the high-quality development of public libraries.With focusing on the national strategy for the digital development of culture,it proposes a practical path system including strengthening the government’s leading role,forming a technology integration effect,leveraging the efficiency of emerging industries,cultivating composite professional talents,and solidifying the concept of green-sharing.
