摘要
水泵工作过程中,常会出现“叶片通过”现象,并在叶片通过频率处引发高频振动。针对某水泵因叶轮激发驱动端产生的高频振动问题,提出了将分布式调谐质量阻尼器(DTMD)应用于水泵振动治理的方案。通过研究DTMD与水泵系统构成的多自由度模型,初步确定了单个调谐质量阻尼器的设计参数;再利用有限元模型对调谐质量阻尼器的设计频率进行验证;最后,通过试验优化DTMD系统的安装位置,以实现最佳的振动控制效果。试验结果表明,所提出的方案使水泵在512 Hz叶轮激发频率下,驱动端X方向最大振动速度降低了65%,Y方向降低了63%。
During the operation of a water pump,the phenomenon known as impeller passage frequently occurred,it leaded to high-frequency vibrations at the impeller passaging frequency.To address the issue of high-frequency vibrations at the drive end of a water pump caused by impeller excitation,it was proposed that the application of a distributed tuned mass damper(DTMD)system for vibration management.The design parameters of a single tuned mass damper were initially determined through the study of a multi degree of freedom model of the DTMD and water pump system.The design frequency of the tuned mass damper was then validated by using a finite element model.Finally,the installation position of the DTMD system was optimized through experimental trials to achieve the best vibration control effect.The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed scheme reduced the maximum vibration velocity at the drive end of the main water pump by 65%in the X direction and by 63%in the Y direction at the 512 Hz impeller excitation frequency.
