摘要
慢性自发性荨麻疹(Chronic spontaneous urticaria,CSU)是一种常见的皮肤病,其特征是持续6周以上无特定诱发因素反复出现瘙痒性风团,伴或不伴血管性水肿。该症状的持续给患者的生活质量和心理健康带来严重的影响。虽然传统医药学研究已获得极大发展,但CSU的治疗仍然面临棘手问题,《EAACI/GA^(2)LEN/EuroGuiDerm/APAAACI国际荨麻疹定义、分类、诊断和管理指南》推荐的第二代H1受体拮抗剂对部分CSU治疗并未取得满意的效果。目前,随着生物制剂及小分子药物的研发加速,奥马珠单抗已获批用于CSU的治疗,这给难治性CSU患者带来极大的希望。本文对奥马珠单抗治疗CSU的疗效、安全性及相关效果预测因子进行综述,以期为CSU患者更具个性化的治疗方案制订提供理论基础。
Chronic spontaneous urticaria(CSU)is a common dermatological condition characterized by the recurrence of pruritic wheals for more than six weeks without an identifiable trigger,with or without angioedema.The persistence of these symptoms can severely impact patients'quality of life and mental health.Although traditional medical research has made significant advancements,the treatment of CSU remains challenging,with the second-generation H1 receptor antagonists recommended by the international EAACI/GA^(2)LEN/EuroGuiDerm/APAAACI guideline for the definition,classification,diagnosis,and management of urticaria failing to achieve satisfactory results for some patients.Currently,with the accelerated development of biologics and small molecule drugs,omalizumab has been approved for the treatment of CSU,offering great prospects for patients with refractory CSU.This article reviews the efficacy,safety and predictive factors related to the effects of omalizumab in the treatment of CSU,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for more personalized treatment plans for patients with CSU.
