摘要
目的:分析高血压合并心力衰竭患者采取美托洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2024年6月我院收治的200例高血压合并心力衰竭患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组予以沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合美托洛尔,均连续治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效、血压、心功能、生活质量水平、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组SBP、DBP、LVEDD、LVESD水平低于对照组,LVEF水平和WHOQL-BREF评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗高血压合并心力衰竭患者的临床效果显著,能有效降低患者血压水平,改善心功能,提升生活质量,同时不会增加血管性水肿等不良反应发生率。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure.Methods:A total of 200 patients with hypertension and heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 10opatients in each group.The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan,while the observation group was treated with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,cardiac function,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of LVEF and WHOQL-BREF scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with sacubitril valsartan has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with hypertension and heart failure,which can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients,improve cardiac function and quality of life,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions such as vascular edema.
