摘要
突发性聋,属于“暴聋”、“风聋”范畴,是一种突发性感音神经性耳聋。本文从“金水相生,耳肺生理相关”、“耳为宗脉所聚,耳肺经络相关”、“肺乃开窍于鼻,耳鼻解剖相关”三个角度提出“耳-肺相关”理论,并构建“针耳脉-宣肺气-通鼻窍”的针灸诊疗思路及治法,即“针耳脉-刺法以少阳耳脉为先,构肺肾之通道”、“宣肺气-调太阴肺经为主,以启肾之关窍”、“通鼻窍-畅肺之外窍,以辅肺宣发肃降之功”,通过多维度辨证,多方法协同干预,以期为突发性聋的临证诊治提供新的见解。
Sudden sensorineural hearing loss,belonging to the category of""sudden deafness"and"wind deafness",is a kind of sudden sensorineural deafness.In this paper,we propose the theory of"ear-lung related"from three perspec-tives:"gold and water are born together,ear and lung are physiologically related","the ear is a collection of zong veins,ear and lung are related by meridians",and"the lung is open to the nose,ear and nose are anatomically related".The theory of"ear-lung related",and construct the idea of acupuncture and treatment of"acupuncture ear vein-expanding lung qi-trans-mitting nasal aperture"and the treatment method,i.e.,"acupuncture ear vein-The acupuncture method starts with the Shaoyang Ear Vein to construct the channel of the lungs and kidneys","Promote the lung qi and regulate the Taiyin Lung Meridian to open the kidney's orifices",and"Clear the nasal orifices to help the lung's outer orifices".Through multidi-mensional identification and multimethod synergistic intervention,we aim to provide new insights into the clinical diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness.
