摘要
复发性流产(RSA)是近年来女性生殖领域常见问题,心肾两极与脾枢组成的“两极一枢”与RSA发生发展密切相关,笔者从“两极一枢”结合免疫失衡状态论述RSA相关发病机理,强调防治结合,提出斡旋脾枢、交通心肾治法,以指导临床实践。
Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)is one of the common problems in the field of female reproduction in recent years.The“two poles and one pivot”composed of the heart kidney poles and spleen pivot is closely related to the occurrence and development of RSA.The authors discussed the pathogenesis of RSA from the perspective of“two poles and one pivot”combined with immune imbalance state,emphasizing the combination of prevention and treatment,and proposing the treatment method of mediating the spleen pivot and communicating the heart and kidney to guide clinical practice.
