Effect of proprioceptive training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on pelvic floor muscle strength in postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction

摘要 目的探讨本体感觉训练联合生物反馈电刺激对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患者盆底肌力的影响。方法选择2022年5月至2024年6月烟台海港医院收治的80例PFD患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组接受生物反馈电刺激,在此基础上观察组采取本体感觉训练,对比两组盆底肌电生理指标、盆底肌力及生活质量。结果观察组训练后慢肌平均肌电值及快肌最大肌电值较对照组高,前静息、后静息平均肌电值及Ⅰ类肌纤维疲劳值、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳值均较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);训练后,观察组盆底功能影响问卷评分低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论本体感觉训练与生物反馈电刺激相结合,能够改善PFD患者的盆底功能,增强盆底肌肉的力量与耐力,提升生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of proprioceptive training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on pelvic floor muscle strength in postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods A total of 80 patients with PFD admitted to Yantai Harbour Hospital from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received biofeedback electrical stimulation,and the observation group received proprioceptive training on this basis.The pelvic floor muscle electrophysiological indexes,pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the average electromyography value of slow muscle and the maximum electromyography value of fast muscle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the average electromyography value before and after resting,typeⅠmuscle fiber fatigue value and typeⅡmuscle fiber fatigue value were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the score of pelvic floor impact questionnaire in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of proprioceptive training and biofeedback electrical stimulation can improve the pelvic floor function of patients with PFD,enhance the strength and endurance of pelvic floor muscles,and improve the quality of life.
