摘要
老旧小区公共空间在空间布局、设施更新、绿化景观及文化特色等方面普遍存在一系列问题,制约了居民生活需求与社区活力。本文基于微更新理念以某小区为实践案例,以“小规模、渐进式”改造为核心,提出多层次设计策略。改造后公共空间利用率显著提高,文化特色得到彰显,验证了微更新策略在解决空间矛盾、激活社区活力方面的有效性。结果表明,老旧小区公共空间微更新需以居民需求为导向,兼顾功能优化与文化传承,力求实现社会效益与生态效益的统一。
Old residential areas often face a range of issues in spatial layout,facility updates,greenery,and cultural features,which hinder residents'living needs and community vitality.This paper,based on the concept of microupdates,takes certain community as case study,focusing on small-scale and progressive-step renovation as the core,and proposes a multi-level design strategy.After the renovation,the utilization rate of public spaces has significantly increased,and cultural features have been highlighted,demonstrating the effectiveness of micro-update strategy in resolving spatial conflicts and revitalizing community vitality.The results indicate that the micro-updates of public spaces in old residential areas should be guided by residents'needs,balancing functional optimization with cultural heritage,with the aim to achieve a harmonious unity between social benefits and ecological benefits.
