摘要
老旧小区改造作为当前城市更新的一项重要内容,对城镇化发展具有较大影响。为进一步提高老旧小区的升级改造质量,本文首先对老旧小区治理工作的特点与原则进行深入剖析,对城市更新下的老旧小区改造模式及老旧小区空间改造设计要点等内容进行了分析,并结合实际案例分析老旧小区改造设计应考虑的重点,以期为未来老旧小区改造提供一定的参考与借鉴。
As an important part of the current urban renewal,the renovation of old residential areas has great impacts on the development of urbanization.In order to further improve the quality of upgrading and transformation of old residential areas,this paper first analyzes the characteristics and principles of the governance work of old residential areas,then analyzes the transformation mode of old residential areas under urban renewal and the spatial transformation design points of old residential areas,and finally analyzes the key points that should be considered in the transformation design of old residential areas in combination with practical cases,in order to provide some reference for the renovation of old residential areas in the future.
