摘要
分析了中煤大同能源塔山选煤厂智能化建设现状,针对存在的问题,从基础平台智能化建设、生产环节智能化建设、生产管理智能化建设等方面,对影响选煤厂安全生产的关键系统进行了优先升级改造。改造后选煤厂生产过程中的不安全因素大幅降低,生产和管理效率显著提升,智能化建设初具规模。
This paper analyzes the current situation of intelligent construction in the Tashan Coal Preparation Plant of China Coal Datong Energy.In response to the existing problems,the key systems that affect the safe production of the coal preparation plant are prioritized for upgrading and transformation from aspects such as the intelligent construction of the basic platform,the intelligent construction of the production process,and the intelligent construction of production management.The results show that the unsafe factors in the production process of the coal preparation plant have been significantly reduced,the production andmanagement efficiency have been notably improved,and the intelligent construction has taken initial shape.
