Eu(Ⅲ)-硅酸盐胶体的制备与稳定性研究——一个由科研成果转化的放射化学综合实验的设计

摘要 基于科研成果设计了一个放射化学综合实验——Eu(Ⅲ)-硅酸盐胶体的制备与稳定性研究。实验内容包括环境胶体的制备及形貌结构表征,环境因素(pH、离子强度)对胶体稳定性的影响,聚集动力学实验和DLVO (Derjaguin-Landau-Verwey-Overbeek)相互作用能理论计算等。该实验综合性强、知识联结度高、所用试剂易得、操作简单且容易成功,旨在培养学生掌握环境胶体的研究方法以及多种分析仪器的操作原理和数据分析方法。实验的开展不仅有利于提高学生的综合实验能力,还可以培养学生对放射化学学科的科研兴趣,拓展学生视野。 Based on scientific research findings,a comprehensive radiochemistry experiment has been designed to investigate the preparation and stability of Eu(Ⅲ)-silicate colloids.The framework for this experiment includes the preparation of environmental colloids,followed by morphological and structural analyses.Additionally,it examines the effects of environmental factors,such as pH and ionic strength,on the stability of the colloids.The experiment also explores aggregation kinetics and incorporates theoretical calculations of the DLVO(Derjaguin-Landau-Verwey-Overbeek)interaction energy.This study is thorough and demonstrates a strong connection to existing knowledge.The reagents used are readily available,the procedures are straightforward,and the success rate is high.The primary aim of the experiment is to train students in research methods associated with environmental colloids,as well as the principles and operations of various analytical instruments and data analysis.This experiment not only enhances students’overall experimental skills but also fosters their interest in scientific research within the field of radiochemistry,thereby broadening their academic horizons.
