摘要
为提升岩溶地区溶洞内钻孔灌注桩的桩侧摩阻力,增强桩体承载力与抗拔力,针对已完成充填处理的溶洞,以及无需充填处理的全充填溶洞,在钻孔灌注桩混凝土灌注完成后,采用对桩侧溶洞充填物逐个逐层注浆补强的技术。该技术通过改善桩侧溶洞充填物的土质特性,达到加固效果。以江西某岩溶地区钻孔灌注桩工程为例,详细剖析此项多层溶洞注浆技术的工艺流程与操作要点,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。
To enhance the side friction resistance,bearing capacity,and uplift resistance of bored cast-in-place piles in karst areas,this study introduces a grouting reinforcement technique targeting side cavities along pile shafts.The method applies to previously filled karst cavities as well as fully filled cavities that do not require further filling.After concrete placement of the bored pile,grouting is performed layer by layer into the side cavities to reinforce the infill materials.By improving the soil properties of the cavity fillings adjacent to the pile shaft,the technique achieves effective structural reinforcement.Taking a bored pile project in a karst area of Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper details the process and key operational steps of the multi-layer cavity grouting method.The findings provide valuable reference for similar engineering projects.
