摘要
现浇型的配电线路加强型水泥杆地基通常都需要经过长时间的固化养护,有时难以保证工程施工进度。为提升配电线路加强型水泥杆地基工程施工效率和施工效果,以剑麻纤维为原材料制备了一种预制式的高韧纤维混凝土并对该混凝土的综合性能进行了试验分析。结果表明,当剑麻纤维掺量为0.4%时,可以保证在较短的养护时间内便达到最为理想的综合力学效果,但混凝土试样的养护时间越长则配电线路加强型水泥杆预制地基的综合性能仍越强。
The reinforced cement pole foundation of cast-in-place distribution lines usually needs to be cured for a long time,and sometimes it is difficult to ensure the construction progress.In order to improve the construction efficiency and effect of reinforced cement pole foundation for power distribution lines,a prefabricated high-toughness fiber concrete was prepared with sisal fiber as raw material and its comprehensive performance was tested and analyzed.The results show that when the content of sisal fiber is 0.4%,the best comprehensive mechanical effect can be achieved in a short curing time,but the longer the curing time of concrete samples,the stronger the comprehensive performance of reinforced cement pole precast foundation.
