摘要
脑缺血再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,CIRI)是指脑缺血经溶栓和介入取栓等治疗后血流复通,加重缺血区脑组织损伤的现象,是脑卒中治疗过程中的常见并发症,严重影响治疗效果和患者预后。CIRI是一种复杂的病理生理过程,目前CIRI的具体机制还不清楚。线粒体在CIRI中的发生发展过程中发挥了重要作用,线粒体可能通过氧化应激、钙超载、炎性反应、线粒体自噬,以及细胞凋亡等过程导致CIRI,并且这些过程相互影响,互为因果。本文就线粒体在CIRI中的作用机制做一综述,以期为CIRI的机制研究提供参考。
Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI)refers to the phenomenon of brain tissue damage aggravation in the ischemic area after reperfusion of blood flow through treatments like thrombolysis and interventional thrombectomy.It is a common complication in the treatment of ischemic stroke and seriously affects treatment efficacy and prognosis.CIRI is a complex pathological and physiological process,and the specific mechanisms underlying CIRI are still unclear.Studies have shown that mitochondria play an important role in the occurrence and development of CIRI,and may cause CIRI through oxidative stress,calcium overload,inflammatory reactions,mitochondrial autophagy,and cell apoptosis,presenting an interplay and causal relationship.This article provided a comprehensive review of the mechanisms underlying the role of mitochondria in CIRI,in order to provide a reference for the mechanism research of CIRI.
