摘要
本研究通过文献分析的方法,从人本主义的角度探讨了教学信念对教学行为的影响,发现教师的教学对其教学行为的选择和执行有直接的影响。强调以学生为中心尊重个体差异的人本主义教育理念,对教师形成教学信念产生了深刻影响。研究结果显示:持有积极人本主义教学信念的教师采用互动式、个性化教学方式的可能性更大。此次研究通过不断学习与反思实践,为教师专业发展、完善教学信念体系提供了理论基础建议。
This study explores the influence of teaching beliefs on teaching behaviors from the perspective of humanism.Through literature analysis,it reveals that teachers’pedagogical beliefs directly shape their choices and implementation of teaching behaviors.Humanistic educational philosophy emphasizes student-centered approaches and respect for individual differences,principles that profoundly influence the formation of teachers'instructional beliefs.The findings indicate that teachers who embrace positive humanistic teaching beliefs are more inclined to adopt interactive and personalized teaching methods.This research provides theoretical support for teachers’professional development,suggesting that reflective practice and continuous learning are essential for refining teaching belief systems.
