摘要
在“双碳”战略驱动下,新能源汽车全球渗透率预计在2025年突破30%(IEA数据),其智能化是未来发展的关键,在此背景下对底盘系统提出革命性需求。智能线控底盘技术目前是行业关注的热点,其包括线控转向、线控制动、线控驱动以及线控悬挂四个模块。文章聚焦智能线控底盘技术,首先对四个模块的组成以及基本控制原理进行介绍,接着介绍了基于域控制器的协同控制的原理,最后分析了智能线控地盘当前面临的挑战以及未来的发展趋势,为未来线控底盘技术的应用提供支持。
Driven by the"dual carbon"strategy,the global penetration rate of new energy vehicles is expected to exceed 30%in 2025(IEA data),and its intelligence is the key to future development.In this context,the revolutionary demand for chassis systems is proposed.Intelligent chassis-by-wire technology is currently a hot spot in the industry,which includes four modules:steer-by-wire,brake-by-wire,drive-by-wire and suspension by wire.This paper focuses on the intelligent chassis-by-wire technology,firstly introduces the composition of the four modules and the basic control principle,then introduces the principle of collaborative control based on domain controllers,and finally analyzes the current challenges and future development trends of intelligent drive-by-wire site,so as to provide support for the application of chassis-by-wire technology in the future.
