摘要
目的探讨阿莫西林联合小柴胡颗粒治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月-2024年12月期间我院收治的120例慢性咽炎患者,随机分为阿莫西林组(A组)、小柴胡颗粒组(B组)及联用组(C组),每组各40例。A组使用阿莫西林治疗,B组使用小柴胡颗粒治疗,C组联合应用阿莫西林和小柴胡颗粒治疗,疗程均为14天。比较三组治疗后的临床疗效、症状改善时间、炎症指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,C组的总有效率明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组咽痛、咽异物感及咽痒缓解时间明显短于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组炎症指标水平均显著低于A组和B组(P<0.05);三组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿莫西林联合小柴胡颗粒治疗慢性咽炎可显著提高临床疗效,加快症状缓解速度,降低炎症水平,且安全性良好,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin combined with Xiaochaihu granules in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated at our hospital between January 2023 and December 2024 were randomly divided into three groups:the Amoxicillin group(Group A),the Xiaochaihu granules group(Group B),and the Combination group(Group C),with 40 cases in each group.Group A received amoxicillin treatment,Group B received Xiaochaihu granules,and Group C received a combination of both.All treatments lasted for 14 days.Clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,levels of inflammatory markers,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in Group C was significantly higher than that in Groups A and B(P<0.05).The time to relief of sore throat,foreign body sensation,and pharyngeal itching in Group C was significantly shorter than that in Groups A and B(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory markers in Group C were markedly lower than those in Groups A and B(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of amoxicillin and Xiaochaihu granules can significantly enhance clinical efficacy,accelerate symptom relief,reduce inflammation levels,and demonstrate good safety,making it worthy of clinical application and promotion.
