摘要
目的观察五苓散加味治疗难治性慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将60例难治性慢性咽炎患者,随机平均分为两组,观察组予以五苓散加味治疗,对照组予以西地碘含片,7 d为一个疗程,连续服用2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前和服药7、14 d及停药后14 d的临床疗效和病例报告表(CRF)评分。结果观察组患者在治疗后14 d、停药后14 d的总有效率明显高于对照组的总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者咽异物感、咽干、咽痒、咽痛以及痰黏着感等症状及体征均得到明显改善,中医证候积分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论五苓散加味治疗难治性慢性咽炎(脾虚湿盛型)疗效显著,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of modified Wuling powder in the treatment of refractory chronic pharyngitis.Methods Sixty patients with refractory chronic pharyngitis were randomly and single-blind evenly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with modified Wuling powder,and the control group was given Cydiodine buccal tablets,with 7 days as one course of treatment and 2 consecutive courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy and Case Report Form(CRF)scores of the two groups were compared before treatment,after 7 and 14 days of medication,14 days after drug withdrawal.Results The total effective rates of the observation group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group at 14 days after treatment and 14 days after drug withdrawal,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of foreign body sensation in the throat,drug throat,itchy throat,sore throat and phlegm adhesion sensation,as well as the physical signs of patients in the observation group were significantly improved,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment period.Conclusion The modified Wuling powder has significant therapeutic effects on refractory chronic pharyngitis(spleen deficiency and dampness excess type),is safe and reliable.
