摘要
因地制宜发展新质生产力是实现中国式现代化和高质量发展的关键所在。基于TOE分析框架探讨多因素协同影响新质生产力的作用机制,并采用fsQCA方法探寻因地制宜发展新质生产力的多元培育路径。研究发现,实现新质生产力需要多因素协同联动,且存在三条有效驱动路径,即政府—科技并举型、技术—环境双驱型和多元协同型,其中政府—科技并举型具有较为广泛的地区适用性。各地区在实现新质生产力中并不遵循一致的组态路径,政府—科技并举型所能解释的案例覆盖区域大多集中在西部地区,技术—环境双驱型主要以中部地区为主,而东部和东北地区则遵循多元协同型发展路径。研究拓展了新质生产力研究范畴,有利于为各省份提供差异化的新质生产力培育路径,并为因地制宜发展新质生产力提供新的理论解释与政策指导。
Developing new quality productivity in line with local conditions is the key to achieving Chinese modernization and high-quality development.Based on the TOE analysis framework,this study explores the mechanism of multi-factor synergistic effects on new quality productivity,and uses the fsQCA method to explore diverse cultivation paths for developing new quality productivity according to local conditions.The research has found that achieving new quality productivity requires multiple factors to work together in a coordinated manner,and there are three effective driving paths,namely“government-tech dual-driven type”,“technology-environment dual-driven type”,and“multifaceted synergistic type”.Among them,the“government-tech dual-driven type”has a relatively wide regional applicability.Different regions do not follow a consistent configurational path in achieving new quality productivity.The cases covered that can be explained by the government-tech dual-driven type are mostly concentrated in the western region,while the technology-environment dual-driven type is mainly in the central region,while the eastern and northeastern regions follow a multifaceted synergistic type.The research has expanded the scope of new quality productivity research,which is conducive to providing differentiated paths for cultivating new quality productivity in various provinces and regions,and providing new theoretical explanations and policy guidance for developing new quality productivity according to local conditions.
