摘要
根据人力资本的异能性,可将企业人力资本分为一般型人力资本、专业型人力资本和创新型人力资本三种类型。创新型人力资本是决定企业绩效的关键因素,而制度可以从创新激励机制、创新交易成本和创新不确定性三个方面影响企业创新者的创新行为。因此,要从战略上改善经营绩效。我国企业改革的重心应适时地转移到创新型组织的构建上。
: According to the difference in ability of human capital enterprises'human capital can be classified into three types:ordinary professional and creative human capital. Creative human capital is the key to the good performance of enterprises and institutions can influence the creative practice of innovators in enterprises in terms of incentive mechanism transaction costs and uncertainty of innovation. Therefore in order to improve strategic performance of enterprises we have to timely shift the focus of China's enterprise reform to the shaping of creative organizations.
