玉米精密排种器研究进展与展望

摘要 精密排种器作为玉米产业现代化的核心装备,通过精准控制播种量、株距和播种深度,显著提升单产并优化资源利用效率。为深入了解玉米精密排种器发展现状,对机械式精密排种器和气力式精密排种器进行综述。研究发现,近年来,玉米精密排种器的研究取得了显著进展,极大地提升了玉米种植的效率与精度。气力式排种器因其对种子形状和尺寸适应性强、伤种率低等特点而受到关注,成为研究热点。此外,在分析归纳各类精密排种器优缺点的基础上,对比了国内外玉米精密排种技术的发展现状,为玉米精密排种器相关研究提供参考。 As the core equipment for the modernization of the corn industry,precision seeders significantly enhance unit yield and optimize resource utilization efficiency by accurately controlling seeding quantity,plant spacing,and seeding depth.To gain an in-depth understanding of the development status of corn precision seeders,research progresses in two aspects—mechanical precision seeders and pneumatic precision seeders-were reviewed.It was found that remarkable advancements had been achieved in the research of corn precision seeders in recent years,greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of corn planting.Pneumatic seeders had attracted attention and become a research hotspot due to their characteristics of strong adaptability to seed shape and size,low seed damage rate,etc.In addition,based on the analysis and induction of the advantages and disadvantages of various precision seeders,the development status of corn precision seeding technologies at home and abroad was compared to provide references for relevant research on corn precision seeders.
