摘要
既有结构检测鉴定时,超龄期混凝土的强度检测方法包括钻芯法、回弹–钻芯修正法、回弹–龄期修正法、回弹–钻芯验证法等。对比分析了工程实例中不同检测方法获得的超龄期混凝土强度检测结果。相较于回弹–龄期修正法和回弹–钻芯验证法,宜优先选取回弹–钻芯修正法;回弹–钻芯修正法中建议优先选取总体修正量法。若总体修正量法在实际工程中较难实现,可采用对应样本修正量法。对应样本修正量法中由于芯样数量较少,芯样离散性大,会带来较大的偏差,故采用此方法时,建议结合芯样推定区间长度、上下限值等数据辅助判断是否采用对应样本修正后的结果,或采取其他方式对芯样结果进行分析,辅助判断以获得更可靠的结果。
When testing and identifying existing structures,the strength testing methods for overage concrete include drilling core method,rebound drilling core correction method,rebound age correction method,drilling core verification method,etc.Comparative analysis was conducted on the strength testing results of over aged concrete obtained by different testing methods in engineering examples.Comparing with the rebound age correction method and the rebound drilling core verification method,the rebound drilling core correction method should be preferred.It is recommended to prioritize the overall correction method in the rebound drilling core correction method.If the overall sample correction method is difficult to implement in practical engineering,the corresponding sample correction method can be used.In the corresponding sample correction method,due to the small number of core samples and the large dispersion of core samples,it is recommended to use data such as estimated interval length and upper and lower limits of core samples to assist in determining whether to use the corrected results of corresponding samples,or to analyze the core sample results in other ways to assist in judgment and obtain more reliable results.
