摘要
体外剪拉综合法是采用专用取样器将混凝土芯样试件取出后,夹持在专用工作台上,采用对试件进行中间夹持,两端各自自由的方式,模拟原位剪拉试验,体外剪拉试验减少了钻芯样数量,由于工作台采用金属材料,卡盘轴线与台面垂直,可为拉拔试验时的支撑杆提供稳定反力,金属台面不易变形,有利于提高剪拉综合法的检测精度,本装置已申请了专利保护。
In vitro shear and tensile comprehensive method is to use a special sampler to take out the concrete core sample specimen,clamping on the special work table,using the specimen middle clamping,both ends of the freeway,simulation of in-situ shear and tensile test,in vitro shear and tensile test to reduce the number of core samples,because of the metal table,chuck axis and table vertical,It can provide stable reaction for the support rod in the drawing test,and the metal table is not easy to deform,which is conducive to improving the detection accuracy of the shear and tensile synthesis method,This device has applied for patent protection.
