摘要
针对市场上高可视性警示服面料存在的荧光度差、不耐洗等缺陷,以黄色面料的色彩限值和亮度系数为主要评价标准,比较常用分散染料对涤纶织物染色的荧光性能。进一步分析荧光黄10G在不同染料浓度、染色温度、染色时间和染浴pH值等因素下对涤纶织物染色K/S值及荧光性能的影响,优化染色工艺。结果表明,荧光黄10G对涤纶织物最佳染色工艺条件为:染料质量分数0.5%~1.5%(omf),染色温度130℃,染色时间40 min,染色pH值为3~6。在该工艺条件下,织物色度x-y值和亮度系数β均能满足相关标准要求,其染色牢度均在4级以上。
In view of the disadvantages of poor fluorescent and bad washing fastness on the high-visibili- ty warning fabrics, the fluorescence properties are compared of polyester fabrics dyed with different dis- perse dyes, according to the color limits and luminance factors of yellow fabrics as the main evaluation criterion. The effects of dye concentrations, dyeing temperatures, dyeing time and pH value with Fluo- rescent Yellow 10 G on K/S value and fluorescent properties are analyzed. The dyeing processes of poly- ester fabric with Fluorescent Yellow 10 G are optimized as follows: dye concentrations 0.5%-1.5%(omf), dyeing at 130℃ for 40 rain with pH value 3-6. Under these conditions, the chroma x-yvalues and lumi- nance factor β can meet the requirements of relevant standards, and color fastness of the dyeings are Grade 4 or above.
