摘要
为了探究柔性传感器领域的研究进展和研究热点,通过检索CNKI和WOS数据库中1994—2024年柔性传感器研究的相关文献,基于文献计量学知识,采用COOC计量软件,绘制柔性传感器研究领域的发文量、研究机构、作者和关键词等知识图谱,分析该领域的研究分布规律和研究演化趋势。结果表明:1994—2024年柔性传感器领域的发文量整体呈现增长趋势;作者合作和机构合作强度不大,合作关系不够密切,没有形成广泛、紧密的合作网络,作者合作和机构合作有待加强;柔性传感器领域的一般研究热点为可穿戴设备、柔性压力传感器、柔性应变传感器、柔性触觉传感器;具体的研究热点为材料研究、制作工艺、应用研究。
In order to explore the research progress and research hotspots in the field of flexible sensors in recent years,the CNKI database and the WOS database were keyword-searched to retrieve the research literature data on flexible sensors from 1994 to 2024.Based on the knowledge of bibliometrics,the COOC metrology software was adopted to draw the relevant knowledge maps on the number of publications,research institutions,authors,and keywords.The research distribution pattern and research evolution trend in this field were analyzed.The results show that the number of publications increased overall from 1994 to 2024;the intensity of author cooperation and institutional cooperation is not strong,and the cooperative relationships are not close,without forming a widely and closely connected cooperation network,this area needs to be strengthened;the general research hotspots are wearable devices,flexible pressure sensors,flexible strain sensors,and flexible tactile sensors;and the specific research hotspots are material research,manufacturing technology,and application research.
