摘要
新时代社会工作作为党和国家工作的重要组成部分,是对中国传统社会福利思想与实践的传承发展,是对百余年来中国共产党社会工作经验的深刻总结,是我国基于社会工作面临的新形势新任务所作出的战略选择,具有深刻的逻辑理路。做好社会工作必须坚持以人民为中心的价值取向,以中国特色社会主义社会治理之路为发展方向,以推动社会工作高质量发展为重点任务,以社会工作体制机制的健全和完善为基础保障。新时代新征程,中国共产党要加强党对社会工作的统筹领导,加强各方的协同联动,加强社会工作者队伍建设,以社会工作高质量发展服务党和国家中心工作,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。
Social work,as an important part of the work of the Party and the state,inherits and develops China′s traditional social welfare philosophy and practice.It is the profound summary of the Communist Party of China′s social work experience for more than a hundred years,and the strategic choices made based on the new situation and new tasks faced by China′s social work in the new era,which has a profound logical context.To do well in social work,the CPC must adhere to the people-centered value orientation,take the road of socialist governance with Chinese characteristics as the development direction,take the high-quality development of social work in the new era as the key task,and take the improvement of social work system and mechanism as the basic guarantee.On the new journey,we need to further strengthen the party′s leadership and overall planning of social work,strengthen the coordination and linkage of all parties,build a strong team of social workers,advance the high-quality development of social work to serve the central tasks of the Party,and promote the modernization of China′s system and capacity for national governance.
