摘要
为探讨营养强化对中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)雌蟹非特异性免疫及抗氧化功能的影响,分别在饲料中添加0%、10%、20%的南极磷虾粉,配制3组人工饲料,对中华绒螯蟹雌蟹进行40 d的营养强化,以投喂新鲜缢蛏(Sinonovacula constricta)的雌蟹组作为对照组。比较了不同饲料组中雌蟹的性腺指数和肝胰腺指数,分析了各试验组不同时间内雌蟹血淋巴中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酚氧化酶(PO)和溶菌酶(LZM)等非特异性免疫酶活性及抗氧化酶过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、血蓝蛋白(HCY)含量等的变化特征。结果显示,实验结束时,各试验组肝胰腺指数均显著下降(P<0.05);性腺指数显著升高(P<0.05),且添加20%南极磷虾粉饲料组性腺指数最高。随营养强化时间的延长,各试验组ACP、AKP、PO和LZM活性均总体上呈逐渐升高的趋势,ACP、AKP、PO和LZM的活性均在强化30 d时、添加20%南极磷虾粉饲料组中最高,且与对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。各试验组CAT、SOD活性和MDA含量总体上均随强化时间的延长呈逐渐下降的趋势,HCY含量则变化不明显;CAT、SOD活性和MDA含量均在30 d时、添加20%南极磷虾粉饲料组中最低。结果表明,饲料中添加10%~20%南极磷虾粉能使中华绒螯蟹雌蟹的性腺指数提高、非特异性免疫力和抗氧化功能增强,其中以20%添加量较好;且放流前适宜的营养强化时间为30 d。
To investigate the effects of nutrient fortification on gonadal characteristics,non-specific immunity and antioxidant functions of female E.sinensis,three groups of artificial diets were added with 0%,10%,20%Antarctic krill meals for 40 days,and fresh Sinonovacula constricta was fed as the control group.The gonadosomatic index and hepatopancreas somatic index of female E.sinensis in different diet groups were compared.The activities of non-specific immune enzymes such as acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),phenol oxidase(PO),lysozyme(LZM),catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and hamocyanin(HCY)in the hemolymph of female E.sinensis in different periods were analyzed.The results showed that the hepatopancreas somatic index significantly decreased(P<0.05),the gonadosmatic index significantly increased in all experimental groups(P<0.05),and the 20%Antarctic krill meal diet group showed the highest result.The activities of ACP,AKP,PO,and LZM all increased gradually with the prolongation of nutrient fortification.Specifically,the activities of ACP,AKP,PO and LZM were the highest in the 20%Antarctic krill meal group on the 30th day,and there were significant differences with the control group(P<0.05).The activities of CAT,SOD,and MDA content in the hemolymph of all experimental groups generally decreased gradually with the prolongation of nutrient fortification,while the change in HCY content was not obvious.The activities of CAT,SOD,and the contents of MDA in the 20%Antarctic krill meal group were the lowest on the 30th day.Results showed that 10%-20%Antarctic krill meal can increase the gonadosomatic index,improve the non-specific immunity and antioxidant functions of female E.sinensis,and 20%addition is better.A period of 30 days of nutrient fortification is the appropriate time for female E.sinensis before release.
