枯草芽孢杆菌对鲫鱼机体免疫力的影响

Effect of Bacillus subtilis on the immune function of crucian carp(Carassius auratus)

摘要 本研究探讨基础饵料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对鲫鱼免疫功能的影响,确定枯草芽孢杆菌改善鲫鱼机体免疫力的最适剂量。研究选择体重10 g的鲫鱼400尾,随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每个重复20尾。驯养1周后进行正式试验。各组基础饵料中分别添加0%(CK组)、 0.05%(A组)、 0.1%(B组)、0.2%(C组)及0.3%(D组)的枯草芽孢杆菌。正式试验期6周。结果显示:与对照组比较,B组、 C组及D组鲫鱼血清中丙二醛水平显著降低(P <0.05),C组和D组超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P <0.05),B组和C组碱性磷酸酶活性和免疫球蛋白M水平显著提高(P <0.05),C组溶菌酶活性显著提高(P <0.05)。研究发现,在鲫鱼饵料中添加适量的枯草芽孢杆菌能够显著增强其非特异性免疫力,其中以0.2%的添加量效果最为显著。 This study investigated the effects of Bacillus subtilis supplementation in the basal diet on the im-mune function of crucian carp(Carassius auratus)and determined the optimal dosage for enhancing their immunity.A total of 400 crucian carp(average body weight:10 g)were randomly divided into five groups,each containing four replicates(20 fish per replicate).After a one-week acclimation period,the formal experiment was conducted.The basal diets of the groups were supplemented with 0%(Control group,CK),0.05%(Group A),0.1%(Group B),0.2%(Group C),and 0.3%(Group D)Bacillus subtilis,respectively,for a six-week trial.The results demonstrated that compared to the control group,serum malondialdehyde(MDA)levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05)in Groups B,C,and D,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was significantly increased(P<0.05)in Groups C and D,alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity and immunoglobulin M(IgM)levels were significantly elevated(P<0.05)in Groups B and C,Lysozyme(LYZ)activity was significantly enhanced(P<O.05)in Group C.The study conclud-ed that appropriate supplementation of Bacillus subtilis in the diet significantly enhances the non-specific immuni-ty of crucian carp,with the most pronounced effects observed at a 0.2%supplementation level.
