摘要
工程教育国际化是推动产教融合高质量发展和以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设的重要举措。浙江大学、文莱大学、恒逸集团及其海外控股公司以高水平国际化工程人才培养为核心,率先构建空间“三明治”、时间“四段式”的跨时空合作育人体系,并通过持续健全培养方案定制、行业特色鲜明的自主培养体系,以及畅通资源科学配置、结构完备有序的跨组织保障体系,形成了面向“一带一路”的“校-校-企”国际化工程人才培养新模式。为进一步提高人才培养质量,应构建战略驱动、需求导向的实践平台,完善面向产业、工学交替的教育改革,深化制度引领、多元共治的产教融合,从而为中国企业“走出去”提供智力和人才队伍支撑,并助力打造我国工程教育“出海”的创新模式和探索政产学协同育人的转型路径。
Internationalization of engineering education is an important initiative to promote the high-quality development of industry-education integration and advance the construction of a powerful nation with Chinese-style modernization in all respects.Zhejiang University,Universiti Brunei Darussal-am,Hengyi Group and its overseas holding company have taken the lead in building a cross-temporal cooperative education system spanning three different spaces and four phases with cultivation of high-level international engineering talents as the core.And by continuously improving an independent cultivation system with customised cultivation programmes and distinctive industry characteristics,as well as an inter-organisational guarantee system that facilitates the scientific allocation of resources and a complete and orderly structure,a new model of"university-university-enterprise"international engineering talents cultivation for the Belt and Road Initiative has been formed.To further improve the quality of talents cultivation,it is crucial to construct a strategy-driven and demand-oriented practice platform,accelerate the industry-oriented and work-integrated learning education reform,and deepen the industry-education integration led by systems and governed by multiple stakeholders.This will provide intellectual and talent team support for Chinese enterprises to"go global"and help create an innovative model for Chinese engineering education to go overseas,as well as explore the transforma-tion path of collaborative education between government,industry,and academia.
