摘要
政治价值观是个体对政治生活的“应然”信念,是塑造其具体政治态度与行为的重要基础,也是构成理解社会政治秩序的重要维度。数智时代,人工智能、大数据和算法推荐等深刻塑造中国民众的政治认知,推动政治价值观的变迁。基于政治价值观的层次特性,本研究将其区分为“总体性政治价值观”与“个体性政治价值观”两个层次,并探讨二者在技术嵌入政治社会化进程中的互动逻辑。研究发现,在“总体性政治价值观”与“个体性政治价值观”的动态平衡下,中国民众的政治价值观呈现“变中有常”的结构性特征。数智技术既强化了总体性政治价值观的国民认同,也助推了个体性政治价值观的多元发展。然而,经济社会发展节奏的快速性与政治价值观变迁长期性之间的张力亦需关注,以巩固中国式现代化进程中的政治观念秩序。通过在社会变迁与政治价值观演进之间寻求适配与平衡,维护社会认同的稳定性并促进民众政治价值观的理性表达。
Political values constitute individuals'normative orientations toward political life,shaping both political attitudes and behaviors,and serving as a fundamental component for understanding the maintenance of socio-political order.In the era of digital intelligencecharacterized by the pervasive application of Al,big data,and algorithmic governancecitizens'political cognition in China is undergoing significant transformation.This study conceptualizes political values as a multilayered structure,distinguishing between collective political values and individual political values.It explores how these levels interact within technology-embedded processes of political socialization.Findings suggest that Chinese political values are marked by a distinctive equilibrium of"continuity amid change."On the one hand,digital technologies reinforce collective political values by strengthening national identity;on the other,they foster pluralistic expressions at the individual level.Yet,the accelerating pace of socio-economic development introduces frictions between the inertia of political value formation and the volatility of social change.This tension underscores the imperative to recalibrate the alignment between evolving political values and China's modernization agenda.Achieving such balance is essential for sustaining social stability,reinforcing ideological legitimacy,and enabling rational and inclusive political value expression.
