摘要
目的 探究前馈控制模式联合手术室强化式护理干预在老年下肢骨折患者手术护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021至2022年于天津市天津医院接受下肢骨折手术的120例老年患者作为研究对象。根据收治时间将患者分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施前馈控制模式联合手术室强化式护理干预。比较2组手术室滞留时间、术中生命体征稳定性、术后并发症发生率、患者满意度及护理质量评分。结果 观察组手术室滞留时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中生命体征稳定性优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度及护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.001)。结论 前馈控制模式联合手术室强化式护理干预在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中,能够缩短手术室滞留时间,提高术中生命体征稳定性,降低术后并发症发生率,提升患者满意度和护理质量。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combining feedforward control model with operating theater-intensive nursing interventions in perioperative care for elderly patients undergoing surgical treatment for lower extremity fractures.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients undergoing surgical treatment for lower extremity fractures at Tianjin Hospital between 2021 and 2022 were enrolled and divided into control(n=60)and observation(n=60)groups according to admission chronology.The control group received standard perioperative care,while the observation group was supplemented with feedforward control model integrated with operating theater-intensive nursing interventions.Intergroup comparisons were systematically performed for operating theater retention duration,intraoperative hemodynamic stability indices,postoperative complication incidence,patient satisfaction metrics,and nursing quality evaluation scores.Results The observation group exhibited a statistically significant reduction in operating theater retention duration compared to the control cohort(P<0.05),accompanied by superior intraoperative hemodynamic stability indices(P<0.05).Postoperative complication incidence demonstrated a marked decrease in the observation group(P<0.05),while patient satisfaction metrics(P<0.05)and nursing quality evaluation scores(P<0.001)were elevated.Conclusion The integration of feedforward control model with operating theater-intensive nursing interventions can demonstrate favorable applicability in perioperative management for elderly patients with lower extremity fractures,potentially contributing to reduced operating theater retention duration,enhanced intraoperative hemodynamic stabilization,mitigated postoperative complication incidence,and optimized patient satisfaction alongside nursing quality metrics.
