摘要
目的探讨正清风痛宁缓释片联合富血小板血浆(PRP)膝关节腔注射治疗早期膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法选取96例早期KOA患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。两组均采用自体单采PRP膝关节腔注射,每2周1次,4周为1个疗程。治疗组加用正清风痛宁缓释片口服,每次1片,每日2次,连续口服4周。治疗4周后,比较两组患者总有效率、患膝症状、膝关节功能及血清学炎症指标。结果治疗后,两组数字疼痛量表评分、骨关节炎指数评分和IL-6、TNF-α、ESR水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(91.66%vs.70.83%)(P<0.05)。结论正清风痛宁缓释片联合PRP膝关节腔注射治疗早期KOA,能降低血清炎症指标水平,提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning(ZF)sustained-release tablets combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)knee joint cavity injection in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 96 patients with early KOA were randomly divided into two groups of T and C with 48 cases each.The patients of two groups were injected with autologous apheresis PRP into the knee joint cavity,once every other week for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.During one course of treatment,the ZF sustained-release tablets one tablet bid were taken orally in the patients of group T.After treated for 4 weeks,the overall effectiveness rate,symptoms of the affected knee,knee joint function and serological inflammatory indicators of the two groups were followed up and compared.Results After treatment,the scores of the digital pain scale and osteoarthritis index,IL-6,TNF-αand ESR were lower than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),which were lower in group T than those in group C(P<0.05).The overall effectiveness rate of group T was higher than that of group C(91.66%vs.70.83%)(P<0.05).Conclusion ZF sustained-release tablets combined with PRP knee joint cavity injection in the treatment of early KOA can reduce inflammatory indicators,enhance clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life of patients.
