摘要
为深化产教融合机制,促进高等职业教育高质量发展,将成果导向教育(OBE)理念与产教融合有机结合,分析当前新能源汽车专业在协同育人方面所面临的发展问题。以产出导向理念为核心,从产教融合课程体系、产教融合实践基地、“双师型”教师队伍三个方面,对新能源汽车专业产教融合改革开展分析,构建了基于OBE理念的高职新能源汽车专业产教融合协同育人优化机制。优化后的机制相比传统产学研结合模式的进行了创新与改进,能显著增强产学研结合的成效导向。此外,该研究对于培养具备技术技能的人才的社会适应力,提高职业院校毕业生的就业机会及其就业质量,以及促进产业经济的发展具有一定的指导意义。
In order to deepen the integration mechanism of production and education and promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education,the outcome based education(OBE)concept is organically combined with the integration of production and education,and the current development problems faced by the new energy vehicle major in collaborative education are analyzed.With the output-oriented concept as the core,this paper analyzes the reform of production-education integration in the new energy vehicle major from three aspects:curriculum system,practice base of production-education integration,and"double-qualified"teacher team,and constructs an optimization mechanism of production-education integration and collaborative education for the new energy vehicle major in higher vocational colleges based on the OBE concept.Compared with the traditional model of the combination of production,university and research,the optimized mechanism is innovative and improved,and can significantly enhance the result-oriented combination of production,university and research.In addition,the study has certain guiding significance for cultivating the social adaptability of talents with technical skills,improving the employment opportunities and employment quality of vocational college graduates,and promoting the development of industrial economy.
