摘要
订单农业作为衔接小农生产与现代市场的战略支点,是破解农业分散化与集约化矛盾、推动农业现代化转型的核心路径,但其发展长期受制于融资难、信息不对称、风险管理薄弱,以及土地分散经营导致的产业链协同低效等关键问题。在数字乡村战略推进背景下,数字金融凭借其连接性、普惠性和广辐射性特征深度嵌入订单农业全周期,为解决上述痛点注入新动能。本文突破传统农业金融研究的单一经济维度,立足新发展理念与金融地理学理论交叉视角,创新性构建“绿色—协调—开放—共享—创新”五维分析框架,系统解构数字金融赋能订单农业高质量发展的底层逻辑。针对实践中存在的生态价值锚定失效、跨区域互认障碍、服务协同耗散等五维梗阻,设计出涵盖碳汇锚定协议、数字主权互认框架、联邦协同网络等工具的五位一体梯度递进发展路径,创新性地实现了农产品的生产要素跨区域定价与动态流转,为订单农业突破地理限制、重构全球竞争优势提供了理论范式与实践路径。
Contract farming,as a strategic fulcrum connecting smallholder farming with modern markets,is the core pathway for resolving the contradiction between agricultural fragmentation and intensification and promoting the modernization of agriculture.However,its development has long been constrained by key issues such as financing difficulties,information asymmetry,weak risk management,and inefficiency in industrial chain coordination due to fragmented land management.In the context of advancing the digital rural strategy,digital finance,with its connectivity,inclusiveness,and wide reach,deeply integrates into the entire cycle of contract farming,injecting new momentum to address the aforementioned pain points.This paper breaks through the traditional single economic dimension of agricultural finance research,drawing on the intersection of new development concepts and financial geography theory to innovatively construct a five-dimensional analytical framework of"green-coordination-opening-sharing-innovation",and systematically deconstructs the underlying logic of digital finance empowering the high-quality development of contract farming.In response to practical obstacles such as the failure of ecological value anchoring,cross-border mutual recognition barriers,and service coordination dissipation,a gradient progressive development path is designed,which includes tools such as carbon sink anchoring agreements,digital sovereignty mutual recognition frameworks,and federal collaborative networks.This solution innovatively achieves the cross-border pricing and dynamic circulation of production factors in agricultural products,providing a theoretical paradigm and practical path for contract farming to break geographical limitations and reconstruct global competitive advantages.
