摘要
在对某企业工业管道进行定期检验时,发现管道的圆柱形直边部分外表面分布着广布型点蚀,该管道因此类型点蚀而造成了部分金属损失,使用GB/T 35013-2018《承压设备合于使用评价》第7章评价方法,梳理合于使用评价适用性和局限性、评价等级、适用条件和评价需求数据的要求,对存在点蚀缺陷的管道进行合于使用评价。结果显示,该点腐蚀缺陷通过了合于使用1级评价,可以继续使用。研究为检测机构应用合于使用评价技术对工业管道点蚀缺陷分析提供参考实例。
During the regular inspection of industrial pipelines in a certain enterprise,it was found that the outer surface of the cylindrical straight edge of the pipeline had widespread pitting corrosion,which caused some metal loss.Using the evaluation method in Chapter 7 of GB/T 35013-2018"Evaluation of Conformity to Use of Pressure Equipment",the applicability and limitations of the evaluation,evaluation levels,applicable conditions,and evaluation requirements data were sorted out,and the pipelines with pitting defects were evaluated for conformity to use.The results show that the corrosion defect at this point has passed the Level 1 evaluation and can continue to be used.This study provides a reference example for testing institutions to apply evaluation techniques to analyze pitting corrosion defects in industrial pipelines.
