摘要
在压力管道的制造、铺设及运行等各个阶段都可能产生缺陷。这些缺陷的存在，对芳烃联合装置的生产遗留下了隐患。通过历年的大检修， 无损检测， 逐步的使这些缺陷都一一暴露出来，并不断的进行了返修和更换，从而使压力管道的安全可靠性不断提高。文章论述了压力管道的失效类型。
The defects of pressure pipeline may be occured in the stages of fabriction,erection and operation.Some hidden trouble in production of aromatic combin unit are left over by the existential defects.By means of nondestruction testing of general overhaul over the years,all the defects are exposed step by step.The repair and replacement are carried out continuously.So that the safe reliability of prossure pipeline are increased.The failure type,reason and safe operation principle of pressure pipeline are mentioned in this article.
