摘要
依托于滇中引水工程,针对长距离运输混凝土坍落度损失快,匀质性降低的问题,研究了掺保坍剂和增稠剂对混凝土工作性、力学性能和变形性能的影响。结果表明:与D3K0基准组相比,掺入0.04%的LD-K保坍剂后,混凝土的初始坍落度及1 h坍落度增加,28 d力学性能降低不明显,28 d干缩降低了90×10^(-6);0.04%的LD-K保坍剂与0.03%的ME100M增稠剂或0.10%的VM1004增稠剂复掺,混凝土的保坍性能良好,抗离析性能提高,且28 d力学性能并未明显下降,干缩与DBL4组差异不大。
Based on the Dianzhong water diversion project,for the problem of fast slump loss and poor compatibility of concrete transported over long distances,the effects of adding slump retainers and thickeners on the workability,mechanical properties,and deformation performance of concrete were studied.The results show that compared with the D3K0 group,the addition of 0.04%LD-K slump retainer increases the initial slump and 1 h slump of the concrete,and the 28 d mechanical properties do not decrease significantly,and the 28 d dry shrinkage rate decreases by 90×10^(-6).The combination of 0.04%LD-K slump retainer and 0.03%ME100M thickener or 0.10%VM1004 thickener results in good slump retention and improves anti-segregation property of concrete,and the 28 d mechanical properties do not significantly decrease,and the drying shrinkage rate is not significantly different from that of DBL4 group.
